Renomex asks for a review while the visit is still fresh. Happy customers go straight to your public page. Anything less comes privately to you first.
Set it up once. After that the only thing you do is read the reviews coming in.
Add the customer, scan a code, or let your booking system do it. Seconds, or nothing at all.
A short note arrives while the visit is fresh. One tap. No account, no app, nothing to install.
Happy customers land on your public review page. Anything lower reaches you privately instead.
The whole thing is one screen and one tap. Try it — it works exactly like this.
Every part does one job. Nothing here needs a manual.
Sent on your schedule, in your customer's language. One reminder, then it stops. Nobody gets pestered.
Low ratings never reach a public listing. They reach your inbox, with a name, while you can still fix it.
Your customer sees their own language automatically. German, Slovak, Czech, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Polish and more.
Requests only go to customers who agreed to be contacted, and every agreement is recorded. Built for European rules from the start.
How many were asked, how many answered, your star average over time. One screen.
We set your account up with you and stay reachable afterwards. You are not filing a ticket into a void.
Renomex is a review management tool for local business — dentists, garages, restaurants, salons, clinics, shops. The kind of business whose next customer decides on the strength of what the last one wrote.
It exists because most happy customers never leave a review. They meant to. They forgot. Meanwhile the one person who had a bad afternoon writes three paragraphs the same evening. Renomex closes that gap by asking everyone, at the right moment, in their own language.
We are deliberately small and deliberately narrow. Renomex does not post to social media, run your advertising, or build your website. It asks for reviews and it routes them properly. That is the whole product.
Renomex is operated from Austria and serves businesses across Central Europe and the Balkans.
Write to a person, not a form. We answer.
This page explains what Renomex does with personal data. It is written plainly on purpose.
For a business using Renomex: the account holder's name, business name, email address and billing details. For that business's customers: the name and contact address the business gives us in order to send a review request, plus the rating and any comment that customer chooses to submit.
The business is the controller of its own customer data. Renomex is the processor, acting on that business's instructions. The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact its customers; we provide the tools to record consent and to stop contacting anyone who asks.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to privacy@renomex.app and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Review requests and responses are kept while the business's account is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless deletion is requested sooner. Customers who opt out are recorded on a suppression list so they are not contacted again.
Renomex sends review requests on behalf of a business and routes the responses. Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Accounts found doing any of the above are closed without refund. This is not negotiable — the entire value of the product depends on the reviews being genuine.
We will keep the service running, keep your data confidential, and tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise a particular number of reviews or any specific rating — that depends on your customers.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit. These terms are governed by Austrian law.
